After his inspection he asked if he could be present when the insurance adjuster came to access damage.
The insurance adjusters assessment was spot on with Mr White's and the adjuster didn't deny any of the damage Mr White recorded. At that point I went ahead and gave permission for to my insurance company to work with Perennial Roofing. The roofing contract was straight forward addressing the scope of work and costs, including deductible. Mr White was the in-between between me and Perennial Roofing in scheduling convenient times for me concerning delivery of product and beginning of work, and helping me navigate roofing terms such as Drip Edge, Ice & Water Shield, Closed Valley Shield, Etc. Explained insurance terms such as Actual Cash Value vs Actual Replacement Value. It was much less stressful to have a representative help me navigate the whole process most of us are totally unfamiliar with.
The company even moved and added an extra vent at no expense to facilitate air flow.
I am pleased to say there were no surprises along the way with the actual job or cost. The roof looks great!

We can easily recommend Perennial Roofing to others. Freddie was the contact person for us. We needed a roof inspection after a hail storm. Freddie explained the process to us, and arrived at the house with the insurance adjustor. After we decided Perennial would be our choice, Freddie wasted no time in arranging the delivery of materials and the schedule for the work crews. Everything went smoothly, and Freddie even came after the installation of the roof to help us with a dryer vent problem. Besides walking around the house to inspect the work, Freddie also had taken photographs of the roof, giving us a full perspective of what had been done. The roofers cleaned up the work site beautifully. With Freddie’s experience and friendliness, the task was completed in the least disruptive way we could imagine.
Perennial Roofing was a great company to work with for the removal of the old & and installation of a new shingle roof for a duplex we own. We live out of state, but the communication and coordination by Shawn were top tier. Because the roof had damage from a hailstorm, he gave us his inspection report and then met the insurance adjuster at the property. The only unknown in the repair/replacement was if any sheathing would need to be replaced once they had the shingles and underlayment off. Only a few small issues were found, so they made the repairs and didn't charge us extra. Final product looked great, and is an upgraded shingle (to help survive any future hailstorms). The crew was there early in the morning on the scheduled day, and work was completed by 1pm. Integrity and quality work are cornerstones of Perennial's ethos, and I would certainly use them again.
My roof had hail damage that the insurance adjuster didn’t see. I accepted their assessment. A year later after a bad wind storm AND another big hail storm, I called Perennial Roofing to have someone come out and look at my roof. Shawn came out and said that the damage was there but also prior damage from the year old storm and my roof should have been totaled. I called my insurance company and requested that they reopen the previous claim. After viewing the pictures and quote for a completely new roof, the adjuster met Shawn out at my house and he showed the adjuster what he had found, the cause and why. The adjuster agreed and I had a deposit in my checking account within a week.
I had plans to put my house on the market and they were able to get my job done fast.

Josh came out and inspected my roof after the hail storm in May. Inspected all the roof area and vents. Took time to explain what he found and what to look for in the future. The crew was very courteous and worked fast. They worked until after dark. The crew was meticulous in their work as well as the clean up. The landscaping was well protected with no damage.

He came back the next day with his magnet roller to quadruple check for any nails that may have been missed, and to inspect the roof in the daylight. Freddie is a very personable guy, conscientious and a good rep for the company.

I had originally gone with another Roofing company while Paul at Perenial Roofing was working next-door. I saw that he was there the whole time and that his crew took meticulous care of getting everything done and I was sold! I then called Paul to do my roof! They did a great job replacing my roof with higher quality shingles than I had before and cleaned up the debris afterward. They do a lot of little things, such as nailing by hand instead of using a nail gun, that show how much care they take to do the job right.
Paul was good, inspected my 5 years old home roof and explained me the life of roof in general and fixed couple of fallen shingles with no charge, I am very much impressed with his service and definitely will refer to my friends.

Logan Hester provided me a very reasonable quote for a complete roof replacement. He also worked directly with my insurance adjuster to point out all damages. Our neighborhood was hit badly by the September hail storm. Roofing companies smelled blood in the water and swarmed. I received many cold walk up sales persons and a stack of name cards. Some of the companies came as far as Dallas and Houston. I decided we should support local businesses and nailed our choice down to Perennial Roofing. Shawn was very responsive to my texts and he answered a lot of questions regarding the quality of the shingles used. He also worked with my insurance company to ensure the adjusted estimates are within reason. His crew was out the following week at 6.30am. They made sure protective screens and tarps were out out to protect my plants and outdoor furniture. I watched as his crew expertly removed the damaged shingles and hand carried the new ones on the roof. Each new shingle was hammered by hand. The crew worked fast but they were not sloppy. By 4pm the same day, my new roof was up!
